This notice explains the limited information flows associated with Anthovian’s preview website, contact emails and external survey links.
When you email Anthovian, the company receives the details you include, such as your name, email address, organisation and message. Please do not send medical records, prescriptions or other sensitive health information by ordinary email.
Anthovian survey links open on Microsoft Forms. Survey responses are processed through that service and subject to the privacy information displayed with each form. The current questionnaires are intended not to request names, email addresses, phone numbers or identifiable medical information.
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, assess partnership or funding interest, conduct research, improve the Anthovian concept and meet applicable legal or security requirements.
The private preview does not use advertising trackers. A future public version may use privacy-conscious aggregate analytics to understand broad traffic patterns. Essential technical storage may be used where required for the site to operate.
Information should be kept only as long as reasonably needed for the stated purpose. Anthovian does not intend to sell personal information. Service providers may process limited information where necessary to deliver email, forms, hosting or security services.
